Step-By-Step Process

Disable User IP or Time Restrictions

  1. Access C-Store Essentials Web Account

    • Use your account credentials to access the PDI C-Store Essentials platform

    • Access C-Store Essentials by using the link below or clicking here

  2. Navigate to the Manage My Store Screen

    • On the top-right, click on the User Settings button (human silhouette icon)

    • Next, click on the Manage My Store option

  3. Navigate to the Manage My Users screen

    • On the top-right, click on the Users button

    • Find the user and click the pencil icon to update the user

    • Set the appropriate restriction (IP or Time) to No

    • Click Update once done

Disable USB Key or Google Authenticator

  1. Locate the Advanced settings Icon

    • From the Manage User Account screen, find the user and click the suitcase icon to update advanced security options

  2. Update the Advanced Setting feature

    • From the drop-down menu, select None

    • Click on the Update button to save the settings
