Track unscanned or manually entered items on the POS register by reviewing the manual ringups report. This helps you monitor cashier activity and ensure all sales are recorded accurately.
Go to C-Store Essentials Web Account
You can access C-Store Essentials by clicking here or going to https://secure.cstorepro.com
Navigate to POS Settings
On the top right side of the screen, click on the Human silhouette icon
Configure changes
Under General Settings, find POS Register’s settings
Locate the following options:
Maintain a log of items sold by direct ring up (ie. Not scanned)
Set them to YES or NO, depending on your preference.
Update the changes
Click on the Update Settings button to save the changes
Reports will start generating only after the above ‘Non Scanned Item Tracking’ option is updated to ‘Yes’.
On the left side of the screen, click on Report Center
Next click on POS Reports > then Select Manual Ringups
