Before starting, please ensure both stores have the same departments, as the import must be done department by department.
Steps to Import:
Log in to the PDI store account where you want to import the pricebook.
Example: If you want to transfer the pricebook from Store B to Store A, log in to Store A.
Go to Store Settings from the bottom-left menu.
Click on Step 4: Setup My Pricebook and then select More.
In the expanded menu, choose Import from Your Other Store Pricebook.
Enter the Username and Password of the store account you are importing from (the source store).
Example: If importing from Store A to Store B, enter Store A’s login credentials.
Click Validate.
Select the From Department (source store department) and the To Department (destination store department where you are importing).
Under Override Existing Items:
Select Yes, update the existing items if you want to replace current item prices with those from the source store.
Select No, leave current items unchanged if you only want to import new items.
Then click Import.
Repeat the process for all departments. Once finished, close the window.
