How to Add Child Stores to Your Central Pricebook (CPB) Account

If you are using the Central Pricebook (CPB) feature, you can link additional stores or child stores to your existing CPB account. Follow the steps below:

Steps to Add Stores

  1. Login to your main account where the Central Pricebook feature is enabled.

  2. Click on Central Price Book located at the top of the web page.

  3. Navigate to Settings > Mappings.

  4. Under Mappings, you will see your CPB master account along with the list of child stores already linked.

  5. Next to your CPB master account, click the “+” (plus) icon.

  6. Enter the CSE account number of the store you want to add.

  7. Refresh the page to view the newly added store in the list.

Notes

  • If you are unable to add the store and receive an error, it may be because:

    • The store has already been added to this CPB account, or

    • The store is already linked to a different CPB account.
