Easily connect your store to IBC through CStore Essentials and start pulling down promotions directly from IBC. Once connected, you’ll be able to review and accept promotions in just a few clicks — and send them straight into your pricebook without manual entry.
Connecting to IBC in CStore Essentials
Follow these steps to connect your store to IBC through the Essentials Marketplace. Once connected, you’ll start receiving IBC promotions directly in your account.
Step 1: Open the Essentials Marketplace
In the header of CStore Essentials, click the Profile icon (store profile button).
From the dropdown menu, select Essentials Marketplace.
Step 2: Locate the IBC App
In the Marketplace, scroll or search to find the IBC app.
Click Get Started.
Step 3: Enter Your IBC Account Information
Type in your IBC account number.
Press Validate.
Step 4: Confirm Connection
You should see a success message.
Select Confirm Integration.
If you receive an address error:
Double-check that your store zip code in CStore Essentials matches the one on file with your IBC account.
Step 5: Daily Sync
After connecting, the system will automatically check with IBC every morning for new promotions.
You may not see new offers immediately after connecting.
Step 6: Review New Promotions
When new IBC promotions are available:
The notification icon in your header will light up.
You’ll also see an IBC tab under your Promotions page.
From there, you can review and approve promotions for your store.
✅ That’s it! You’re now connected to IBC and ready to take advantage of new promotions as they’re made available.
