Missing Day Closing XML Files (FGM, MSM, MCM) from Trendar/Comdata

If day closing XML files (FGM, MSM, MCM) are not being received from Trendar to Back Office, our system cannot generate the required day closing reports. This guide will help you resolve this issue.

❗ Problem

Missing day closing XML files means:

  • No FGM, MSM, or MCM files are being sent to the Back Office by Comdata

  • Day closing reports cannot be generated


βœ… Solution: Enable Auto-Export Settings

Follow these simple steps to fix the issue:

Step 1: πŸ–₯️ Launch the Smart Station application on your Back Office Computer
Step 2: βš™οΈ Click on Configuration
Step 3: πŸ“± Click on Application
Step 4: πŸ’Ό Click on POS/Back Office
Step 5: βœ”οΈ Ensure the following two options are checked:

  • "Automatically Export Back Office file at EOD"

  • "Validate XML"

Step 6: πŸ’Ύ Click Save to apply the settings

🎯Expected Result

βœ… Day Closing Data (MCM, FGM) will immediately start exporting to the Back Office
βœ… Files will appear in the POS2BO folder
βœ… Our program will process them for report generation
