❗ Problem
Missing day closing XML files means:
No FGM, MSM, or MCM files are being sent to the Back Office by Comdata
Day closing reports cannot be generated
✅ Solution: Enable Auto-Export Settings
Follow these simple steps to fix the issue:
Step 1: 🖥️ Launch the Smart Station application on your Back Office Computer
Step 2: ⚙️ Click on Configuration
Step 3: 📱 Click on Application
Step 4: 💼 Click on POS/Back Office
Step 5: ✔️ Ensure the following two options are checked:
"Automatically Export Back Office file at EOD"
"Validate XML"
Step 6: 💾 Click Save to apply the settings
🎯Expected Result
✅ Day Closing Data (MCM, FGM) will immediately start exporting to the Back Office
✅ Files will appear in the POS2BO folder
✅ Our program will process them for report generation
