Missing day closing XML files means:
No FGM, MSM, or MCM files are being sent to the Back Office by Comdata
Day closing reports cannot be generated
β Solution: Enable Auto-Export Settings
Follow these simple steps to fix the issue:

Step 1: π₯οΈ Launch the Smart Station application on your Back Office Computer
Step 2: βοΈ Click on Configuration
Step 3: π± Click on Application
Step 4: πΌ Click on POS/Back Office
Step 5: βοΈ Ensure the following two options are checked:
"Automatically Export Back Office file at EOD"
"Validate XML"
Step 6: πΎ Click Save to apply the settings

Day Closing Data (MCM, FGM) will immediately start exporting to the Back Office
β
Files will appear in the POS2BO folder

Our program will process them for report generation
