Step 1: Go to the Login Page
Open the web link: https://www.pdicstoreessentials.com/
On the top-right corner, click CSE Login to access the login page.
Step 2: Click “Forgot Password?”
On the login page, locate and click the “Forgot Password?” option.
You will be prompted to enter your Username.

Step 3: Check Your Email
After submitting your Username, Password Reset Instructions will be sent to your registered email address.
If you don’t see the email, check your Spam/Junk folder.
Step 4: Follow the Reset Link
Open the email and click the Reset Password link provided.
This will take you to a secure page where you can create a new password.
Step 5: Create a New Password
Enter your new password and confirm it.
Ensure your password meets these security requirements:
At least 8 characters long
Includes one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one number, and one special character
Click Reset My Password.
Step 6: Log In
Return to the login page and sign in using your new password.
