Step 1: Go to the Login Page
Open the web link: https://www.pdicstoreessentials.com/
On the top-right corner, click CSE Login to access the login page.
Step 2: Click “Forgot Password?”
On the login page, click the “Forgot Password?” option.
In the same window, you will see an option to Receive Forgot Username.
Click Forgot Username.

Step 3: Enter Your Account Email Address
On the next screen, enter the email address associated with your account.
then Click Get my Username
This is the email you used when registering your account.
Step 4: Check Your Email
You will receive an email containing all usernames associated with your registered email address.
If you don’t see the email, check your Spam/Junk folder.
Step 5: Log In
Return to the login page and sign in using your retrieved username and password.
✅ Tip: If you also forgot your password, you can use the Forgot Password option to reset it.
