How to Delete Expired Promotions from PDI Essentials

This article outlines the step by step process to delete an expired promotion from PDI Essentials.

Step 1: Navigate to the Promotions Menu

  • Login to your PDI Essentials account.

  • Click on Pricebook and select Promotions menu from the left menu bar.

  • Select the Expired Tab to view the expired promotions.
    ​


Step 2: Delete the expired promotion from PDI

  • Hover your mouse on the three dots of the promotion you want to delete permanently from PDI Essentials.

  • Select the Trash Icon.
    ​

  • You will be triggered with a warning message.

  • Select Confirm to proceed with deleting the promotion.
    ​

Important Note:

  • Promotions that were sent from CPB store to local account can not be deleted with this above mentioned step, you will find the trash icon disabled.

  • This option is only limited to Expired promotions that were created separately from this account.

  • Also once deleted, promotions can not be retrieved back.
