Step-by-Step Process

  1. Connect the BackOffice Computer

    • Begin by connecting one end of the ethernet cat5 cable to Port 1 of the Pay Safe Router

    • Plug the Ethernet cable into the ethernet port on your BackOffice computer

      • The necessary drivers should install automatically

    • If the ethernet port is already occupied, please purchase an ethernet adapter from the recommended link here and connect it to any available USB port on your BackOffice computer

      • You will then need to connect one end of the ethernet cable to the adapter

2. Disable Wi-Fi

  • Navigate to your Network Settings on the bottom right corner of your BackOffice Computer

  • Turn off Wi-Fi as both the internet and the Petroleum Site Manager use the same port for network functionality

3. IP Configuration for Commander

  • Open an internet Browser such as Google Chrome, or Firefox
