Access CStore Essentials Web Account
Use your account credentials to access the PDI CStore Essentials platform

2. Access User Management
Click the human-shadow icon in the top-right corner
Select Manage My Store from the dropdown menu
3. Locate the User Profile
Click on Users from the navigation panel
Locate the user account you wish to update
Click the Details button on the right side of the screen, in-line with their profile
4. Grant Mobile App Access Permissions
Navigate to the Security Group tab
Click + Add New Item
From the Add security group screen, individually Add the required Mobile Group Permissions from the available dropdown :
Mobile Monitor
Mobile Price Book
Mobile Lottery Scanning
Mobile Receive Delivery
✅ Note: Once these permissions are added, the "Invalid Response Status-6" error should no longer appear when logging into the C-Store Essentials mobile app.
