Step-by-Step Process

  1. Access CStore Essentials Web Account

  • Use your account credentials to access the PDI CStore Essentials platform

  • You can access CStore Essentials by clicking here

2. Access User Management

  • Click the human-shadow icon in the top-right corner

  • Select Manage My Store from the dropdown menu

3. Locate the User Profile

  • Click on Users from the navigation panel

  • Locate the user account you wish to update

  • Click the Details button on the right side of the screen, in-line with their profile

4. Grant Mobile App Access Permissions

  • Navigate to the Security Group tab

  • Click + Add New Item

  • From the Add security group screen, individually Add the required Mobile Group Permissions from the available dropdown :

    • Mobile Monitor

    • Mobile Price Book

    • Mobile Lottery Scanning

    • Mobile Receive Delivery

Note: Once these permissions are added, the "Invalid Response Status-6" error should no longer appear when logging into the C-Store Essentials mobile app.
