    • This error is triggered because the system processes only updated items

  • To avoid this issue, ensure that any items included in a batch contain updates before attempting to send them

Step-By-Step Process

  1. Go to C-Store Essentials Web Account

    • You can access CStore Essentials by clicking here or going to https://secure.cstorepro.com

      • Click the “Forgot Password” button if you need help resetting your password

    • On the left side of the screen, click on Price Book

    • Next click on Items

  2. Locate the Item

    • Search for the item using one of these filters:

      • UPC Barcode

      • Item Name

      • Department

  3. Send the Item

    • Use the Quick Send Item icon located on the right side of the item
