Step-by-Step Process
Go to C-Store Essentials Web Account
You can access C-Store Essentials by clicking here or going to https://secure.cstorepro.com
Click the “Forgot Password” button if you need help resetting your password
2. Navigate to the Lottery Activation Page
Tap the Menu Icon (☰) at the top left.
Select Lottery → Scratch Off & Pack Activations
3. Activate Lottery Tickets Using the Mobile App
Select the Activation Date
Use your phone’s camera to scan the barcode on the lottery ticket
Repeat these steps for each lottery game
Once done, exit the screen
4. Activate Lottery Tickets from the Web Portal
✅ Note: New games must be confirmed in your system before activation. Refer to the Confirming New Lottery Games video
Log in to your PDI C-Store Essentials web account
On the left side of the screen, click Lottery
5. Setup the Activation
Then click Activate
Select the Activation Date
Enter the Slot Number, if applicable
Scan the barcode of the lottery ticket or manually enter the game number
Click Activate to finalize the activation
Repeat the process for additional lottery games
Click Done when finished
💡 Tip!: If using a USB barcode scanner on your Back Office computer, you can scan the barcode instead of manually entering the game number.
