Step-by-Step Process

Daily Summary Report

  1. Go to C-Store Essentials Web Account

    • You can access C-Store Essentials by clicking here or going to https://secure.cstorepro.com

      • Click the “Forgot Password” button if you need help resetting your password

  2. Navigate to Reports

    • On the left side of the screen, click on Day Closing

    • Next, click on Reports

    • Then click on Daily Summary

  3. Set Parameters

    • Select the required Report Date and Type (choose between Sales Summary or Collection Summary)

  4. Run the Report

    • Click Run Report to generate the daily summary data

Monthly Totals Report

  1. Go to C-Store Essentials Web Account

    • You can access C-Store Essentials by clicking here or going to https://secure.cstorepro.com

      • Click the “Forgot Password” button if you need help resetting your password

  2. Navigate to Reports

    • On the left side of the screen, click on Day Closing

    • Next, click on Reports

    • Then click on Monthly Totals

  3. Run the Report

    • The Report Date filter will automatically select the last 30 days

      • If you wish to view a specific month, be sure to update the date range in the report date field

    • Click Run Report to generate the monthly totals data
