Step-by-Step Process

  1. Download the VSA X Agent

✅ Note: The 32-bit version, is currently only available for download using the link above. By default, when using the VSA X download link via chat, the 64-bit version will be installed.

2. Run the Installer

  • Once you click the download link, you will see a MSI file begin downloading

  • Locate the downloaded MSI file and double-click to open it

  • After double-clicking the file, the VSA X setup wizard will open

  • Click Next on the installation screen

3. Accept the License Agreement

  • Select I agree to accept the license terms

  • Click Next to proceed

4. Choose the Installation Folder

  • Select the folder where you want to install the VSA X Agent

  • Click Next to confirm

5. Start the Installation

  • Click Next to begin the installation process

  • Wait for the installation to complete

6. Confirm the Installation

  • A confirmation pop-up will appear

    • Click Yes to continue

  • Once the final installation screen appears, enter a computer name (if required)

  • Click OK, then Close to finish the installation

7. Restart Your Computer

  • Restart your computer to apply the changes

  • Click Yes when prompted

8. Verify the Installation

  • Go to Control Panel → Programs → Programs and Features to confirm that the VSA X Agent is installed
