Step-by-Step Process
Download the VSA X Agent
Go to the CSE Help Center to access the installation link
Click the installation link based on your system type:
64-bit system (most common): Download VSA X Agent (64-bit)
32-bit system: Download VSA X Agent (32-bit)

Note: The 32-bit version, is currently only available for download using the link above. By default, when using the VSA X download link via chat, the 64-bit version will be installed.

2. Run the Installer
Once you click the download link, you will see a MSI file begin downloading
Locate the downloaded MSI file and double-click to open it
After double-clicking the file, the VSA X setup wizard will open
Click Next on the installation screen
3. Accept the License Agreement
Select I agree to accept the license terms
Click Next to proceed
4. Choose the Installation Folder
Select the folder where you want to install the VSA X Agent
Click Next to confirm
5. Start the Installation
6. Confirm the Installation
A confirmation pop-up will appear
Click Yes to continue
Once the final installation screen appears, enter a computer name (if required)
Click OK, then Close to finish the installation
7. Restart Your Computer
Restart your computer to apply the changes
Click Yes when prompted
8. Verify the Installation
Go to Control Panel β Programs β Programs and Features to confirm that the VSA X Agent is installed
