If you want to add department keys on your POS register for manual ring up (selling items without scanning for a particular department), this will need to be done from the POS register.
Steps to Add Department Keys into Gilbarco Passport Systems,
Step 1: Go to Manager Workstation -> Setup -> Register -> Department Key Maintenance.
Step 2: Click on the option labeled Add Key.
Step 3: Select the department ID by clicking on the grey box next to the "Code" field.
Note: you can also add an custom icon to this key by clicking on the grey box next to the "icon" field
Step 4: Once it has been selected you will click on save on the right side of the screen.
Repeat steps above to add more keys
