Set the length of time to Save Store Sales Data, i.e. Up to 15 or 30 Days. Manager Workstation > Setup > Store > Store Options > Logging Tab

Incase if Fuel Sold Volume and Amount differs by couple of Gallons/Amount, try following Configuration on your Passport Register
