CStore Essentials allows you to Set and decide whether to Delete Or Keep the generated Day Close and Live Transactions Files under POS-Register’s Shared Folder, i.e. \\XMLGateway\BoOutBox\

By Default, CStore Essentials Deletes the files from BoOutBox, once the files are being processed and uploaded into your CSE Account’s Cloud Database.

Steps:

1. Login into your CStore Essentials Account,

2. Go To POS Data >

3. Select Settings >

4. Under General Settings: Find POS register's settings

5. SET Delete files from BoOutBox after processing?

And Delete files ignored from CSE from BoOutBox?, To YES / NO

Note: *If you have another Back-Office Or 3rd Party Software configured with your Passport POS-Register, make sure it does not Delete Files from POS-Register’s Shared Folder, i.e. \\XMLGateway\BoOutBox\

*Else CStore Essentials will not be able to correctly Process and Upload required Day Close and Live Transactions Files into your CSE Account’s Cloud Database.
