Incase if it is on Current Date, then the Sold Out Lottery Game Pack can be done UnDo Sold Out from the same Lottery/Lotto&gt;Day/Shift Closing page, from where is marked as Sold Out.

 If you are trying to Undo Sold Out Lottery Game Pack from the past/locked date then follow below steps,

Enter Pack Number into Pack number field and Click Search

Once you find particular Game Pack details, on the right Click <code>=</code>Lottery List button

Now Click on <code>Undo Sold Out</code> and then <code>Yes, mark as Un-sold</code>

1. Login to your CStore Essentials account
2. Go to Lottery/Lotto &gt;
3. Select Pack History
4. Enter Pack Number into Pack number field and Click Search
5. Once you find particular Game Pack details, on the right Click <code>=</code>Lottery List button
6. Now Click on <code>Undo Sold Out</code> and then <code>Yes, mark as Un-sold</code>
