invalid response status-6, Can not Login into CStorePro Mobile App

invalid response status-6:

The above error occurs if the User does not have access permission to use CStore Essentials Mobile App.

Follow below Steps to allow Mobile App access permission to User,

  1. Login into your CStore Essentials Account,
  2. Click on the human-shadow icon on the Top-Right corner
  3. Select Manage my Store
  4. Go to Users
  5. Find the particular User and on the right click on = Details button
  6. Under Security Group Tab, Click + Add New Item
  7. Add required Mobile Group:

Mobile Monitor

Mobile PriceBook

Mobile Lottery Scanning

Mobile Receive Delivery


*that is all, now there should not be error while Login into CSE Mobile App
