User account is disabled / invalid response status-3:
The above error occurs if the User has been disabled by the store administrator.
Follow below Steps to Set the User to Active,
- Login into your CStore Essentials Account, (with Owner/Supervisor/Manager access)
- Click on the human-shadow icon on the Top-Right corner
- Select Manage my Store
- Go to Users
- Find the particular User and on the right click on

pencil sign button to Update - Change the Account Status from InActive to Active
- Click
Update
*that is all, now there should not be error while Login into CSE Account from Website or Mobile App
