User account is disabled / invalid response status-3:
The above error occurs if the User has been disabled by the store administrator.
Follow below Steps to Set the User to Active,
Login into your CStore Essentials Account, (with Owner/Supervisor/Manager access)
Click on the human-shadow icon on the Top-Right corner
Select Manage my Store
Go to Users
Find the particular User and on the right click on
/
pencil sign button to UpdateChange the Account Status from InActive to Active
Click
Update
*that is all, now there should not be error while Login into CSE Account from Website or Mobile App
