With CStore Essentials Price Book you will be able to Delete Item only one at a time.
Steps:
1. Login into your CStore Essentials Account,
2. Go To Price Book >
3. Select Items >
4. Find the Item by UPC Barcode, Item Name or Department & Price etc.
5. Once you find the particular Item or List of Items,
6. Click on Delete III sign on the Right of the Item you want to Delete
