While Sending Add/Update Promotion changes through CStore Essentials to POS-Register, under Price Book > Sent to POS: page, the Status of recent changes may show either "Changes Sent to Register" or "Success".

It is very common that it may show 'Changes Sent to Register' and may not show 'Success'. So, as long as you find the changes went through to POS-Register it is all good.
