🗑️ How to Permanently Delete Promotions from Verifone – Petroleum/C-Store Control Center

💡 Need to remove an old or existing promotion? Follow these quick steps to delete it permanently from your Verifone POS.

🔧 Steps to Delete a Promotion

  1. 🔐 Log in to your Verifone – Petroleum/C-Store Control Center.

  2. 🏷️ Go to Promotions and Discounts.

  3. 📂 Click on NAXML Deal.

  4. 📘 Each promotion has two related records:

    • Item List Maintenance

    • Mix & Match Maintenance

  5. ✅ Open Item List Maintenance tab → search for the promo item list → check the Delete box → click Save.

  6. ✅ Then open Mix & Match Maintenance tab → search for the deal → check the Delete box → click Save.

⚠️ Important Notes

  • To permanently delete a promotion, you must delete both the Item List Maintenance and Mix & Match Maintenance records.

  • 🔒 Once deleted, these changes cannot be undone.

Will deleting a promotion permanently remove it from Verifone System?

  • Yes, once the deal is deleted from the Verifone Control Center, the promotion will no longer be available to scan on the POS.

  • You will need to create a new promotion if needed.
