Step-by-Step Process

1. Log in to the Passport Register

  • Go to your main Passport Register (Primary Workstation)

  • Log in to the Manager Workstation using the highest level access

2. Navigate to the XML Repoll Files Section

  • Go to the Manager Workstation

  • Next click on Setup

  • Then click on Store

  • Next click on Back Office

  • Lastly click on XML Repoll Files

3. Select the Date and Repoll Configuration

  • Choose the Date & Time for the Day Close you want to repoll

  • Ensure Store Close and Repoll All Configuration Files are selected

4. Repoll the Day Close Data

  • Click OK to start the repoll process.

  • Wait a few minutes—C-Store Essentials will automatically process and upload the repolled Day Close files.


Important Notes

  • If the register does not have a Day Close backup for the selected date, an error message will appear:
    "No matches found for selected date."

  • By default, Passport Register retains Day Close backups for the last 6 to 7 days
