Enter your login credentials and click Login to access your account.
2. Access LiveChat
You have two options to start LiveChat:
Option A: Click the Question Mark (?) icon in the top-right corner of your account.
Option B: Click the Chat box located at the bottom-right corner of the screen.
3. Start a Chat Session
After clicking, you will be redirected to the “How can we help?” screen.
Select Chat with Agent.
A chat window will open on the bottom-right side of your screen.
Click Send Us a Message to initiate a conversation with a PDI Customer Support representative.
4. Provide a Detailed Description
Select the appropriate category from the list of options based on your issue.
Include the following details for faster resolution:

Description of the Problem
Any error messages or screenshots (if applicable)
