Step-by-Step Process

1. Log in to Your C-Store Essentials Account


2. Access LiveChat

You have two options to start LiveChat:

  • Option A: Click the Question Mark (?) icon in the top-right corner of your account.

  • Option B: Click the Chat box located at the bottom-right corner of the screen.


3. Start a Chat Session

  • After clicking, you will be redirected to the “How can we help?” screen.

  • Select Chat with Agent.

  • A chat window will open on the bottom-right side of your screen.

  • Click Send Us a Message to initiate a conversation with a PDI Customer Support representative.


4. Provide a Detailed Description

  • Select the appropriate category from the list of options based on your issue.

  • Include the following details for faster resolution:

    • Contact Information

    • Description of the Problem

    • Any error messages or screenshots (if applicable)
