🧩 Chat Box Not Loading or Showing Blank?

If your chat window is blank or not letting you send messages, it’s likely due to your browser’s cached files.

Follow these quick steps to fix it 👇

💡 How to Fix

  1. Open Google Chrome.

  2. Click the three dots (⋮) on the top-right corner.

  3. Click on Delete browsing data

  4. Select All time.

  5. Check only “Cached images and files.”

  6. Click Delete data.

  7. Reload the CSE web page — your chat box should now work! ✅
