To ensure you find value from partnering with PDI, we have a training dashboard available that will allow you to watch short videos of cStore essentials called PDI-University. We also offer 3 different phases of training listed below.

Phase 1 Webinar Training: PDI C-Store Essentials Introduction
During the introductory training, the following topics are covered:

  • POS Data Menu: Learn how to navigate and utilize POS data effectively

  • Pricebook Menu: Understand how to manage pricing and product details

  • Users and Security: Discover how to manage user access and security settings

Training Details

Phase 2 will be 3 one on one training session. We ask that you are in the store during Day Report and Lottery training sessions.

  • Day Reports : Learn how to reconcile each days activity

  • Gas Delivery: Understand how to input gas delivery, cost and track paying invoices.

  • Lottery: Manage scratch off lottery tickets

Phase 3 Webinar Training: Inventory & Vendor Management Overview
During this training, the following topics will be covered:

  • Inventory Adjustments: How to manage and update item inventory

  • Inventory Reports: Accessing and interpreting item-level inventory data

  • Item-to-Case Mapping: Linking item quantities to case quantities for accurate tracking

  • Rebate Management: Managing promotional rebates

  • Vendors: Setting up and maintaining vendor records

  • Retail Invoices: Entering and managing invoices manually

  • EDI Electronic Invoices: Working with electronic invoice imports
